You will not know the right time to eat curd

 Whatever the season, some people like to eat curd for twelve months.  Yes, some people complain of cold, then they eat curd only in the summer season.  But if your digestive system is right then you can eat curd anytime.  But you will get the full benefit of eating curd only if you eat curd in a given time.  Along with this, you will also know when eating curd is injurious to health.

 If there is a complaint of cold, cold and phlegm, then do not eat curd even at night.  If you do this, then you may have to face trouble in the morning.  You may feel cold.  There may even be a complaint of chest pain due to cold.

 Eating curd at night also causes indigestion.  So try to eat curd during the day instead of at night.  You will get more benefit from this.
