 New Delhi.  'Ginger' is such an Ayurvedic medicine that is very beneficial for our body and is easily available, but now fake ginger is also being sold in the market.  Very few people would know that maximum production of ginger is done in India.  Around 2700 tonnes of ginger is produced in the world, of which 30 percent i.e. more than 900 tonnes is produced in our country India.


 The importance of ginger has increased more after the Corona period, but the matter of concern is that now a consignment of fake ginger is being launched in the market.  In such a situation, how economical and healthy is the ginger you are buying from the market?  It is difficult to guess.  Now the question arises that how to identify ginger?  So let us tell you today which ginger is the best and how many types of ginger are being sold in the market.


 Ginger traders tell that there are many varieties and quality of ginger.  At present ginger is coming in the market from Karnataka, Bangalore, Orissa and Gujarat.  Traders say that the ginger of Karnataka is the best and indigenous.  On the other hand, the tuber sown of Bangalore's ginger is exotic.  This ginger is of hybrid quality.  Traders say that the native and the finest ginger is lying inside it and there are fibers.  That ginger is best for health and for Ayurveda.  The ginger of Karnataka is similar.  He told that while buying ginger, keep in mind the mesh and fiber inside the ginger.  While buying, plucking a little ginger and looking at it, the mesh and fiber are known.
