Dry grapes: Wash 10 to 12 raisins and boil them with milk. Take out their seeds and eat them whole and drink lukewarm milk. Apart from this, you can eat 5-8 dry grapes by roasting them on the pan.
Flaxseed and white sesame: Take equal quantity of both, fry and grind them. Mix 1 teaspoon of powder in about 10-15 grams of jaggery and eat it. It removes weakness in the body and increases energy.
Papaya leaves: Take out 2 teaspoons of juice from its leaves and mix it in a glass of goat or cow's milk and drink it lukewarm. If milk is not available, you can take 4 teaspoons mixed with honey.
Giloy: Take about 6-7 inches of Giloy's vine and crush it. Boil it in a glass of water. When one-fourth of the water is left, filter it and drink it lukewarm. You can also boil 4-5 basil leaves in it.
